Amenti Rover began in December of 2012 playing a handful of local shows in the South Jersey area. In just a few months they reached one of Philadelphia's most popular radio stations, Philly Radio 104.5 and performed live on the air. The band spent most of 2013 working on their debut self titled EP recording at Chris Baker's home studio. The sound reminisces a throw back seventies rock and roll vibe with influences from bands such as Free, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. The EP was mixed and mastered by Jason Ruch at 0x1 Sound Studio. They released their debut single, "Jezebel" which is the first track from the EP on Friday the 13th of December 2013. The EP was released January 4, 2014.
