Vengince Signs to Unable Records

CHERRY HILL, NJ / OAKLAND,CA - New Jersey-based record label Unable Records has signed Vengince, an Oakland, California-based thrash metal/hardcore band, to a one album contract with an option for future recordings. Under the new agreement, Unable Records will oversee the global release of Vengince’s brand new full length album, entitled Against the Tide, on September 23, 2016.
While the deal with Unable Records marks the beginning of a new chapter for Vengince, the band is by no means new to the scene. The veteran metal/hardcore act was originally formed in 1994 and has played over one thousand (1,000) live performances while touring through forty-two (42) states and thirty (30) different countries. Over the years, Vengince has shared the stage with countless national and international acts such as Slipknot, Korn, Slayer, Disturbed, Godsmack, Hatebreed, Lamb of God and many others. Throughout their career Vengince has racked up tens-of-thousands of album sales, countless nods from the press including television and radio appearances, many thousands of fans, and have appeared on compilations that have totaled well in excess of one hundred thousand (100,000) units sold. Vengince’s new album, Against the Tide, and their partnership with Unable Records, stands to propel this established and storied outfit into the ranks of the elite few: Vengince will be a household name.
For Unable Records the signing of Vengince marks the latest addition of a standout veteran act to their extensive roster, as Unable seeks to establish itself among the top tier of metal and punk labels worldwide. Established in 2007, Unable Records has released music from hundreds of bands including The Bastard Suns, Mexican Ape-Lord, Murder Majesty, No Fuego, Ransom Price and many more. In December of 2015, Unable signed metalcore band Violence in Ascension, whose album is currently in production, and most recently the label inked a deal with Denver-based punk veterans King Rat. Vengince now takes its place among Unable Records’ large and well respected line up.
Against the Tide will be released worldwide on September 23, 2016 in both digital and compact disc formats. Starting on August 26, the new album will be available for pre-order from iTunes while CD pre-orders will be available from UnableRecords.com. Vengince fans should also be ready for the release of one (1) official music video and one (1) lyric video, featuring songs from the new album. For Vengince, Unable Records and the many thousands of metal fans along for the ride, the road ahead promises to be both exciting and fulfilling. 2016 continues to be a breakout year.
